Data controller

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), the data controller is Metaverse Teknoloji ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“MetaCyber”).

Data we process

The name, organisation, email address, phone number and message you submit through the contact form, and technical records created when the form is sent (IP address, date and time).

Purposes and legal basis

We process this data to review your enquiry, contact you and provide information about our services, based on your explicit consent, the necessity for entering into a contract, and our legitimate interests under Article 5 of KVKK.

Transfers

Data may be transferred to the hosting and email infrastructure providers that operate the contact form (which may be located abroad) and, where legally required, to competent authorities.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing and applicable law, and then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

You may send requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of KVKK to info@metacyber.com.tr.

Job applicants

If you apply through the careers page, your name, email, phone, LinkedIn profile link, message and the information in your CV are processed to run our recruitment process, assess your application and contact you, based on your explicit consent and the necessity for entering into a contract. Applications are not stored on the website; they are forwarded only to our recruitment mailbox and accessed only by staff involved in recruitment. They are kept for the duration of the recruitment process and any period required by law so that you can be considered for suitable openings, and are deleted at the end of that period or at your request.
